CEL Class
For reserve of talents, CEL Class
enrolls students from the various regions in the time of college completion
and offers basic classes needed by colleges, also sets up specialized skill
courses meeting the service position needs. After graduation, the students
will be appointed to Customer Service Department of CEL Branches/ CRS stores.
BMTP
BMTP is acronym for Basic Mechanic Training
Program. It is an accelerated program to help the junior service personnel
enhance the basic skills and technical knowledge for three months. The
plan is designed for the majority of technicians who can obtain a comprehensive
and systematic knowledge of heavy equipment engineering and servicing within
a relatively short period of time.
MOP
Machine Operation Program (MOP) intended
for operators who have particular experience. It provides an introduction
of the machines and describes the safety and skill of operation as well
as the maintenance of machine. Upon completion of the course, participants
will have a test. If passed, participants will obtain a certificate of
master operator issued by the China Association of Construction Education
(CACE).
Machine Maintenance Training
for Customers
For higher machine utilization and
better machine maintenance for customers , CEL IETC offers Machine
Service & Maintenance Training for our customers. The training covers
Engine, Generator, HEX, TTT, Wheel Loader and so on.
Mechanic Qualification
Training
CEL IETC has the authorization from
China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA) to organize the mechanic
qualification training and certification award. To increase the acceptance
of our mechanic by industry, CEL IETC provides the Mechanic Qualification
Training to our mechanic.
MCPP
Mechanic Career Progression Program ( MCPP)
is the career development program for all levels of CEL mechanics.
It includes competency recording, training, assessment and promotion.
Through the MCPP, mechanics are not only getting a job from CEL, but also
the technical skill competencies which will be beneficial for their
whole career life .
