EDMP
Executive Development Management Program
(EDMP) is a training program designed for our junior executives to develop
the management knowledge & skills. The duration of the training is
about 1 year, and focuses on 6 core competencies which are essential to
CEL Group Operation.
YEIP
Young Executive Incubation Programme (YEIP)
is one of the major parts of CEL’s overall “Talent Career & Retention
Development Plan” which ensures the availability of human capital for
CEL. This program will ensure that CEL has a “ talent pool” of
competent Executives in PRC to draw upon to meet the requirements of company’s
“Succession Plan” and business growth.


SAP
Sales Apprenticeship Program (SAP) is designed
for junior salesmen with less experience in selling and who need to gain
practical skills fast to selling. Knowledge, skills and abilities in selling,
CEL business products and services, account planning and management, relationship
management will be developed through a combination of classroom training
& hands-on operation practices. SAP is a premier training program that
is intended to cultivate highly motivated and capable future sales talents
for CEL business sales .
MAPS
Machine Application Performance Seminar
(MAPS) is held by CEL and supported by Caterpillar. The training
covers the industry application of the machines which is delivered through
theory and practice training.
