Over the recent years, CEL has grown multi-fold in terms of branch network, manpower and total sales turnover. As such, the need to ensure adequate talents availability and equipping them with all necessary skills and job competencies in order to effectively support CEL organization is paramount. Our past training model cannot meet the rapid development in PRC. This necessitates a "Big Change" in our approach towards the training and development of CEL human resources, both for existing staff as well as new recruits. The establishment of CEL Industrial Equipment Training Centre (IETC) in 2008 is the beginning of our journey.

CEL Industrial Equipment Training Centre (IETC) was built in May 2008, and its head office is located in Beijiao, Shunde, Guangdong. After 3 years development, we have 20 trainers and 4 supporting staffs , and 2 training centers located in Shunde & Xinjiang. 5 training Departments located in CEL branches. CEL IETC is responsible for the vision of people development of CEL.
