CEL is the authorized Caterpillar parts supplier in southern China, Xinjiang, and the Special Administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao. CEL’s inventory of parts covers Hong Kong and the mainland’s service territories. The main warehouse in Hong Kong stocks over 30,000 types of parts and they have an off the-shelf supply rate of over 90%.
